Who is this class for?
This class is for Healthcare Professionals who want to learn Spanish to communicate and connect with their Spanish speaking patients.
Do I need to know Spanish already?
You do not need any prior Spanish to begin this program.
What do I need to be successful in the program?
You need to show up and take each lesson. The course consists of 44 step by step lessons. We recommend completing 1 lesson per week, although you are free to progress at your own pace.
What if I need to cancel my membership?
We definitely hate to see you go, but hopefully you are so good at Spanish you don’t need us anymore. You can cancel anytime.
Here are the instructions:
Login to your account and go to the account section of the dashboard. Click on subscriptions then click cancel beside the subscription you wish to cancel.

Be sure to cancel or send a request at least 3 days prior to your renewal date to ensure your account is canceled prior to the next bill cycle.
I was not able to participate. Can I get a refund?
Since this is an information based product, we can not issue refunds once we grant access to the course. You can however, cancel your membership at any time.

I’m glad you asked. We have a members only Facebook group where you can post your homework, ask questions and get support and feedback from a live teacher.
How do I access my materials once inside?
Awesome question. Once you sign up you will have instant access to the materials. You will see your dashboard and it will say “Click Here To Get Started” (Click There).
Once inside, it will bring up all of our Online Spanish Challenge classes. You will only have access to the Online Spanish Challenge For Healthcare Study Group. Click that icon to access your class. Here is a video tutorial that explains it more in depth.
